Insight Series: Photography

James, Stanley & Co Ltd has been helping photographers for over 20 years. As such, we have provided a number of services to our clients in this industry with the right insight they need to succeed. We’d like to see the same for your company, so from our team to yours, here are some quick tips to attain the James Stanley Standard for your photography business!

  1. Create a referral system
Give people a chance to talk about the great work you’ve done for your clients. Why not create referral cards that offer a promotion for prospects? Offer a free photograph as a gift and show them the talented work you do.

  2. Organise a database
Catalogue your current and future clients by creating a list with their names, contact details, birthdays, and purchases. This will help you keep track of your most popular packages and will give you the opportunity to send promotional cards on your clients’ birthdays with vouchers or offer a loyalty scheme!

  3. Ask 3 questions
Be sure to ask each client at the end of a sitting to fill out a three question satisfaction survey. This way, it will only take the client a few seconds to complete but will give you the introduction to ask for a testimonial.
